Our wedding packages are a 5 hour event. Feel like the party will go longer? To extend your time here at FIVE, we require confirmation 7 days prior to the event and a charge of $500 per hour on top of the minimum spend requirement. Please note we cannot serve alcohol after 11pm Monday to Thursday and after 12am Friday to Sunday.

Additional to the minimum spend, FIVE requires a venue hire fee of up to $2,000. Please chat with our sales team about the minimum spend requirements.

CEREMONY AT FIVE
We would be honoured to host your ceremony. The Ceremony Fee of $900 includes early access to the venue, liaising with vendors, roaming microphone, set up and use of chairs, water for your guests, arbour, staff directing guests upon arrival and use of the grounds for photography opportunities.
SUPPLIERS
We work with a number of experienced wedding professionals including florists, hair stylists, photographers, celebrants and cake makers. You’ll be given access to a list of our recommended suppliers, all of whom will ensure your day is an absolute success.

OTHER INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW
The property
Due to the nature of a vineyard and the possibility of diseases spreading and damage, we request that no guests or vendors enter our vineyard blocks without prior consent.
You will be liable for any damages to the property that’s incurred during your event by either the guests or vendors.
Bookings and cancellations
We are happy to hold a tentative booking for a period of 7 days.
Bookings are confirmed once deposit is received.
Full payment is required 14 days from date of event.
Please refer to the Venue Booking Schedule for our full cancellation policy.
Menu selection, final numbers and dietary requirements
The menu for your event is to be chosen 1 month prior to the date of your event.
FIVE will endeavour to cater for dietary requirements advised prior to your event. Final numbers and dietary requirements are required 14 days prior to event. We cannot cater for requests made on the day.
Suppliers
All suppliers must be approved by FIVE prior to the event.
